Jennifer McCarthy LMFT★★★★★This is my kind of place! It's cozy, the person at the door and the bartenders were friendly and welcoming, the beers were *reasonably priced*. There were a couple of street taco vendors outside, where we had some delicious tacos during the band's break (just enough room in front of the stage to dance!). I'll be back, for sure park nearby, in a well-lighted area and have someone walk you to your car when you leave. Better yet, rideshare. The area can be sketch. Just saying. Besides, the money you save on the drinks will more than pay for your Lyft or Uber.

The bar is pretty well-stocked with a variety of liquor and beer, they’ve got two pool tables, and the bands are usually pretty cool! It’s like a step above a dive bar and has some comfy U-booth seating along the eastern wall.

One Saturday we decided to walk down and have a drink. Cover charge was $5. Cheap for a cover charge. Drinks were good and prices reasonable. Rey Wolf performed and did not disappoint. Small place but the atmosphere was great. Will definitely visit again next time I'm in San Diego.

Kinda seems small for a bigger group at first but they have big round booths. There wasn't food, but they didn't mind if you brought tacos from the street vendor inside and they were fire!!! Staff was nice and quick with drinks! Seemed like they had cool regulars too.
