Stopped by Chipotle on Richmond Rd in Lexington for 1st time late afternoon. Not busy during our visit. My husband and I ordered Burrito Bowls and 2 soft drinks. $36.00!! My jaw abt dropped $36 for 2 bowls. We felt so ripped off. The steak in my bowl had 3 big chunks of fat. NO THANK YOU!!! Place looked disorderly and unkempt. Will we be dining here again?? NO!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a Chipotle Mexican Grill. The entire restaurant was extremely dirty…tables, counters, and the drink station were all unclean. Trash cans were completely full, and it wasn’t even busy. There were zero clean tables to sit at. The tea and juice dispensers were not only empty but had visible mold, which is honestly unacceptable and concerning. It’s disappointing to see how much the quality of most Chipotle’s has gone downhill. This was the worst! Cleanliness and basic maintenance should be the bare minimum.

What can I say? It's the Subway of Mexican food... Fast, freshest, and made your way. Bowl or wrap, you will always know what to expect because you watch what goes into it. Midly healthy and good for on the go people that are tired of filling their guts with fried foods! Locations are normally easy to get in and out of and fairly clean, smiling faces are expected but not always served.

Probably the worst chipotle I’ve been to in the country. No joke. Massive line at 3 PM. No food made, only chicken, no black beans, no rice…brown guac and disgustingly old pico. Oblivious employees chatting doing no work or sweeping in the back when there was a 20 person line. Picked up here door dashing a while ago and 25+ minute wait after arriving on time. Who runs this place? Should not be able to even call this establishment w chipotle.
