Tried to find a way to do survey however there is no store # on receipt so I had to review this way. I will be returning for sure. I have my new Chinese favorite!!

From the beginning the guy had bad attitude. We we 4 people trying to get our lunch and he didn’t let us take the food still we done all 4 getting our food. When we finally finish and pay my food was cold. Bad really bad service. We been in different panda express in different states and this is the first time they gave me the food whenever he want and cold. I told him 3 time that we were going to eat there and he pack my food to go. This is really uncomfortable. If you have a person working direct with costumers should be polite. Not rude.

Let me tell you today how they can ruin lunch. I went thru drive thru order 455840. The lemonade i ordered was flat as water, I poured it out when I got to work. Then opened a fried rice and orange chicken plate guess what? No utensils. Then I said let me get my fortune cookie, nope didnt put it in bag. You guys totally crashed and burned. Whoever is checking going out the windows needs fired. Where the hell is corporate? Owner? Grade F, wont be back.
