You’ve been warned. This Dunkin is horrendous. I have to find a different route to hit Dunkin’s for my family because this one is too incompetent to know what they have. There speaker/mic is either broke or the employees can’t hear because my wife wanted a Frozen Chocolatey Indulgence and I said that exactly from their online menus but the guy kept repeating back other items - protein drink, frozen coffee, chocolate coffee… after yelling it four times he finally got it. I go to this Dunkin all the times. its closer to my house and more convenient that it has a drive thru!!! However today they lost me as a customer!!!! One the employees on the window they don't have any type of customer service no have a good day no good morning!! (Not all employee) i always order the same thing specially a Dragon Fruit Refresher with green Tea. But today my cup was all dirty and it had foam of some kind which i found it weird! This is not my normal Dunkin but stopped by on my way to work. I went through the drive-thru. There was a little line but it went quick. I ordered the iced caramel latte with oat milk. I have the DD perks app so there was a special for $3 lattes. When I got to the window as I usally do, I let them scan my app and for the discount and I would pay with my credit card. The lady at the window told me it was over the discount price and I had to put money on the app to get the discount.
