The whole order felt rushed! After placing our first order I was given the total without being asked if we wanted anything else. The chocolate shake was barely stirred with chocolate syrup coating the cup. Burgers were dry and seemed recooked. We love Culver's and will continue to be patrons, but will never return to this one!

Culvers has unfortunately changed their lemon ice. For at least 8 yrs this perfectly tart summer refresher has been my go to treat. Now, it is Mostly ice with a hint of lemon. Will try 1 more time to double check it wasn't a start of season issue... please note my review is of this item only.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the employees at this Culver's location. I accidentally jumped the curb and got my car stuck in the drive-thru. Not your average lunch trip. Every single employee I interacted with was unbelievably kind, patient, and helpful. No one made me feel embarrassed or stressed. They were calm, compassionate, and genuinely caring throughout the entire situation. It's not often you encounter that kind of grace and humanity, especially during a busy shift. Their professionalism and empathy turned what could have been a terrible day into something oddly heartwarm
