This was was nice especially patio seating when the weather is nice. Their food is good but I asked for the shrimp taco and got a chicken on instead. Really enjoyed my time here and the drinks can be a little strong. They also have frozen margaritas as well to try.

This place is a gem. I thought the menu wasn't very exciting, so we waited a long time to try it out, but everything is awesome. Show up for happy hour, get the Dorado Supreme tacos for 3 bucks (think upscaled taco bell or white-people-taco tacos) and don't sleep on the veggie tostada. Drinks are all awesome, but the boozy horchata is mid. Rooftop patio is the best way to eat here but the indoor seating is good too.

Lonesome Rose is one of the most underrated spots in Chicago in my opinion. I’ve never had a bad experience here. This is an ideal brunch destination as I think they have the best breakfast burrito in town. Perfectly packed, holds together well, and the queso dip on the side compliments it so well. Their biscuits and gravy and fish tacos would be my other top choices. Well worth checking out!
