⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for GU Ramen Stopped by GU Ramen and was seriously impressed. I ordered the tonkatsu spicy ramen, and it was packed with flavor. The broth was rich, creamy, and had the perfect amount of heat without overpowering the other flavors. The chashu pork was tender and flavorful, the soft-boiled eggs were cooked perfectly, and the fresh toppings added great texture to every bite. The portion size was generous, and everything tasted fresh and well-prepared. Even the presentation looked amazing. If you’re a fan of spicy ramen, this is definitely a bowl worth trying. Amazing experience here. My girlfriend and I are here from out of town and found this little spot by our hotel, we are huge ramen snobs and think this place is amazing, thick slices of pork belly and they are not stingy at all. We got the crab wontons and they are the most beautiful flavorful puffs we have ever had. Corn cheese was beautiful and amazing as well.

I’ve been coming to Gu for the past 2 years since moving to Long Beach. I would say I’m pretty picky about my ramen. Gu has BY FAR been the best ramen in all of Long Beach. The broth has actual flavor and their toppings are delicious. I recommend the standard ramen with lollipop chicken and egg. It’s my favorite and super filling! Atmosphere is good, plenty of tables and never a wait. They also have tons of TVS so even though it doesn’t look like a sports bar it’s such a good place to watch the game.

Found this gem as a last minute dinner spot and I must say I am very impressed with the food and the awesome service. My family loved that we could customize what we wanted in our ramen and how easy they make it to order. The tuna and rice bowl was very delicious and very well seasoned ! Defiantly a place to check out if your in town .
