Dyan Ferguson (MAP Practitioner)★★I used to love this place – interesting dishes, and flavors, friendly service, and as a dog owner, I love their patio and dog dishes. But I went there last night, ordered a fry bread taco for $20 and was sorely disappointed. You’re seriously going to charge me $20 for ONE piece of fried bread and a small amount of meat and sauce on top? I know prices for food or up everywhere, but this was absolutely ridiculous… There’s no way this fills anybody up, and it was also completely monotone in flavor given the lack of actual diverse foods on the plate. Come on guys, you can do so much better! I can get a delicious taco at Guisados for seven dollars, two for 14 and I will be full and fulfilled!. That’s a way better bargain. You know where to find me next time I want a taco.

Fernando Lopez★★★★★I had originally called the restaurant making a reservation for 11 on a Saturday morning which ended up dwindling down to a party of 6 with no issues. The restaurant was extremely accommodating and happy to serve us no matter how large or small our party ended up being. The food was delicious however some of the portions did seem rather small for the cost. The staff was friendly and very attentive. The cocktails were great and I’m bummed I didn’t get a picture. Overall great choice, would be back if I’m in the area
James Korin★★★★★We went to Panxa Cocina to try out the happy hour menu. I remember this place when it used to be Christie's. Most of the drinks are discounted for happy hour and we're delicious. As for snacks we ordered the Asada fries and some soft tacos. Both were delicious. I would have liked a bit more meat in my taco but otherwise it was fine. This place has such a cool vibe and is popular with the locals. I like it especially since I can walk there and enjoy some drinks without having to drive. Parking is limited so be prepared to walk. Overall, a great place to have some after work drinks and a nice date night for dinner. Highly recommend!
L★★Unfortunately had a really poor experience at Panxa and can’t recommend going. We visited on a Saturday evening and although it was busy, only half of the tables were full. We proceeded to wait 45 minutes for our drinks and I had to flag down a waiter so that we could order food. Our server never returned after we ordered our drinks, she flitted around the dining room but avoided our table. The GM finally had to come and take our order.. which then came an hour and 40 minutes AFTER we were seated. They didn’t refill our waters and the best they offered was a shared “free dessert” for 5 people to apologize for wasting our entire evening sitting there waiting for food. Our waitress didn’t even try to apologize after our food was delivered. She stopped by a few more times and gladly collected our checks. We spent $350 for dinner for 5 including two overpriced margarita pitchers that were mostly ice. I don’t know what’s going on with their wait staff but they need better training or manag
Anna★★★★Charred queso Oaxaca with short ribs, and the New Mexican Pizza & the Nicholas Sage. The corn bread was amazing, hot, delicious and so buttery. The Charred queso with short ribs was good, definitely more filling than I expected. However, the new Mexican Pizza was not for me. It was very oily & heavy, I don't know how to describe it but I only had 1 piece and couldn't finish it (which is rare, I don't have issues with greasy food). The Nicholas sage was delicious! It tasted very much like bourbon but it was good, had a hard kick (I usually don't have bourbon). Out waiter was awesome, friendly and helpful. It's slightly pricey and there's a small parking lot or street parking. Plenty of seating inside , at the bar or also outside.
