Came here right after visiting the aquarium, and it completely exceeded our expectations! ChatGPT recommended this restaurant, and we’re so glad we came. I absolutely loved the seafood linguine, and my husband really enjoyed the mixed grill. The kids’ menu has plenty of options and even comes with fresh fruit on the side, which was a nice touch. The waterfront view is beautiful, the atmosphere is relaxing without being too crowded, and it’s a wonderful spot in Long Beach. Our Mother’s Day brunch was amazing thanks to our epic lunch plates, the beautiful seaside atmosphere, and our awesome server Henry P. at Parkers’. The salmon and Mediterranean salads, chicken and tuna sandwiches, and the Mixed Grill Seafood were phenomenal and cooked to perfection. Took a trip to the aquarium with my kids and finished with dinner at Parker’s lighthouse. The food was pretty good, the atmosphere was amazing and we had the absolute BEST and I mean BEST waitress!! Honorable mention to Ms. Bailey….She made sure to make our FIRST experience the best experience. She immediately greeted us and her personality was so great.
