I’ve been to this restaurant once previously and the food was great. However, when I went today (because I was satisfied with the food before), I had to leave. We came in and it took about 15 minutes for us to even receive a menu to look at. When the waitress finally got to us, she did not greet us, apologize for the delay, or anything of that sort. She was incredibly rude. She threw the menus on the table and walked away. I was appalled by this behavior and walked out. So unprofessional. I’ve never experienced such terrible customer service before. Do not go to this place if you value custome

I would never leave a bad review that could hurt a business, I have been there multiple times and food is great my last experience unfortunately was not up to the standards it used to be ,we ordered something from the Wednesday special menu waitress said we are out and walked away without us even being able to get a word out ….we were ready to order since we waited close to 10mins for her to come take our order, we had a backup which was the bandeja paisa , we finally ordered, the taste wasn’t as good as it usually is chicharon had no seasoning and was very dry overcooked , arepa was cold we

Empanadas was not what I expected. Whenever I call they never have chicken empanadas so today I was extremely excited when they were available to order. The two ladies were extremely nice and wasnt rude with me while I tried to place my order in English. I dont speak Spanish and I dont think they spoke English. I got 5 nice big pollo empanadas but they didn’t come with any sauces. (Im used to the green and red sauces at Columbian restaurants to dip my empanadas). My empanadas was dry and just full of seasoned chicken and extremely salty. No potatoes was inside or sauce. I was so disappointed
