If I could give no stars at all I would. Not only did I have to wait after ordering ahead but when I got my food it was not fresh AT ALL! Fries stale and bland. The young man that brought my order out finally seemed to have been bothered by my asking for more ketchup after HE dropped the ones he was trying to hand me as if he expected me to open the car door and pick them up off the ground…… Oh and let’s talk about how the chicken sandwiches were thrown together. and seemed to have been sitting there since before Christ 😡 then to add insult to injury the had the audacity to put a chicken tend

First and foremost the customer service is horrible. My 3 kids and I walked in noticed no one at counter and someone was already patiently waiting for someone. I walked over to the kiosk to place order, I wanted to pay cash so the kiosk prompted me to go to counter to make payment. I walked to counter no one is there I waited, as I’m waiting a gentleman and two other women got in line behind me, I see a manager (red/orange shirt) walk towards the counter….. she looked at me and went straight to a lady holding a baby and began playing with that baby while talking to the mother their just laughi

Food was great. Service was ok. The building is getting older. The ketchup didnt taste fresh. The table was wiped down but looked dirty. The kiosk didnt give us our receipt. Place needs work but food was good.

Ive been to pretty much every McDonald’s there is here and in surrounding counties due to work. And this one is the best hands down! Food always looks great! Customer service is always wonderful! There is a specific employee here that I’ve gotten to know from going in so much! I can see she gives her all everyday! Shes wonderful with the customers! Wonderful service, always has a smile on her face. You dont find that anymore! So i just want to give a shoutout to Jackie!!! They need to give you a raise! You make this place awesome! Thank you for the wonderful service!
