Elizabeth Durso★★★★★Absolutely delicious ramen and a super friendly and cozy atmosphere. The tonkotsu ramen had a wonderfully deep and sophisticated broth and the shoyu base fried chicken ramen was one of the best bowls of soup I’ve ever eaten. Gyozas were perfect as well. It was pretty quiet when we came in but quickly got busy, nevertheless the staff were very attentive and took great care of us. We were just visiting town wandering around little Tokyo trying to guess the best Ramen shop in the neighborhood and I think we chose wisely.
HairFreek Barbers★★★★★We showed up on a whim, all six of us. We pass by this place everyday. We brought half the team for lunch. There were people seated everywhere. I didn't want to be creepy and start snapping photos of the decor with customers in awkward positions- Tonkotsu ramen noodles hanging out of their mouths, some sucking down yummy spicy garlic edamame, others pounding a pint of Orion beer. Look at the photos on Google. It's dripping in Animé! Then the little Japanese ladies come to your table with their cute, thick accents. The pictures of the food on the menu were intense. I could have tried everythin
Rin★★★★★Among the best spots for ramen in LA, period. Tried curry for the first time here, damn good. Tonkotsu ramen was outstanding, noodles were the perfect texture, building itself is nice and cozy, cool drawings all over the wall, felt very authentic and community-driven, little touches like that make you enjoy the food more. Very pretty inside, very pretty and tasty food, reasonably priced, amazing 🍜❤️❤️❤️ WILL come back!!
Rigo Garcia★★★I came with my sister, her son, and my two sons. Had the Pork Ramen, the Fried Chicken Ramen, and one of the Bento Boxes. Even though the restaurant looks a little run down, I figured that it had to be good since it's in Little Tokyo and they have been in business for 30 years or so. Not the best ramen I've had, but it was OK. The flavors were just not rich. The taste was bland. After we ate, we wondered around the main plaza in Little Tokyo and saw a couple of nicer places, similar prices, with good choices and far better looking. The next time I come, I probably won't be coming back here. I
