Very disappointed…the service was very rough with a group. Many waited over an hour for their meal and many meals were not made correctly. They were not accommodating to food allergies. Asked for no sauce on burger…took 4 times asking to receive the burger without sauce for a food allergy, and each time it came with sauce. The 4th time it came with the sauce scapes off and the server said it’s off now….not true and dangerous for a food allergy.

Honestly for what you pay it doesn’t add up. Maybe it was just the day I went but the Buffett didn’t look fresh and my biscuit was blah. Then when I went a second time the experience was just as bad. It’s like they don’t know how to serve at speed but even worse the food was no better. For this to be a restaurant attached to the hotel they should do better.

I was very disappointed with my experience at Walker Exchange. Throughout our visit, I constantly had to get up from my table to ask for basic things such as straws, ketchup, and even to find someone to service our table. It felt as though our table was being overlooked. What made the experience even more upsetting was the difference in treatment I observed. The white guests around us appeared to receive prompt and attentive service, while we struggled to get anyone's attention. We’ve always loved their breakfast buffet but today they didn’t have any. I ordered the bagel with lox and cream cheese and a single pancake. The bagel was dry, I got served whipped goat cheese instead of cream cheese, which I don’t like. The lox and pickled onions were good. The pancake was undercooked and doughy. A total disappointment. The server took my food off the bill, which I appreciate. But I definitely can’t recommend this place.
