I was visiting Oahu with my husband for a few days, and we always look for good Chinese food spots wherever we travel. Mian was amazing and definitely hit the spot. The noodles were chewy and perfect! We got the beef noodle soup, the pork dumplings, and the hot and sour sweet potato noodles. All of them were very good, highly recommend! If we lived here, we definitely would order from this establishment all of the time.

A very traditional Chinese noodle house. The most popular items here are the beef noodle soup and the dumplings. Everyone working here speaks fluent Chinese. That’s how you know it’s super authentic. The word mian means noodle in Chinese. Other than rice, mian is the second most popular carb in China. Mian here is excellent.

I had a good experience here at Mian yesterday. The family decided to roam out of Waikiki to try some traditional Chinese Noodle cuisine, as Waikiki has gotten a bit expensive. As we entered the restaurant, the ambiance had a traditional/modern look, which was very pleasant. We decided to order their traditional beef noodle soup.
