I ordered off of Uber Eats, but it wouldn’t let me review on there. I had to stop mid-meal to write a review, because that is the best chicken quesadilla I’ve ever had. The chicken is flavored incredibly. Will be getting again for sure!

What a piece of junk chicken they sold me! It’s completely burnt! 😡 And it’s way too expensive to be selling people this kind of garbage—it even tastes bitter. I’ll never buy there again.

The food is great but just this past Thursday I had an awful experience. Every Thursday El Pollo has a special when you buy 1 whole chicken, you get a half chicken free. Let’s just say I’ll never buy chicken from them on Thursday because I got the worst chicken. The chicken had to be a day or 2 old. In my opinion, this is why they run specials to get rid of all of the old chicken. I’m very disappointed as a consumer that they are selling old chicken. I’m taking it back today. First of all the staff is very friendly and attentive. The food tasted great. Also the bathroom was very clean; I liked that they had lids for the seats to avoid the flush plume.
