Our group was greeted by multiple staff upon entry - even someone from the kitchen welcomed us! The manager noticed we were a large group and asked if we were tax exempt so they could help complete a quick form and made it so easy. We were offered promotional cups. Our food came out in less than five minutes and it was all exactly correct as ordered! The asst manager came out and checked on us. The food was hot fresh and delicious. And everyone said bye and h
Red Dirt★★★Got 2 double meat burgers what a meal dry to go. Lady ask if wanted cheese said no. Got home both burgers had cheese and fries were hard only love minutes away. Had to go back to exchange the order and get burgers without cheese. The burgers that replaced the ones with cheese were smashed, the buns were like 1/4 -3/8 inch thick and wet and gooey inside the tomatoes, lettuce. Pickles and onions were gooey and slimy.

I was on the timberland side of town this morning, so I placed an order hoping and praying that Nickie would be the drive through cashier. Nickie goes above and beyond every single time I go to this Whataburger. She knows exactly who I am (I always place my order online).
