Today, we went to this Wendy’s branch in 580 Merrick Rd. and the place was filthy. See photos. No good afternoon welcoming of nothing. We approach the cashier and placed the orders. No customer service at all. This is not our first time here: we felt like; ,” just order and pay”! There was liquid spilled in a few areas, the table with the condiments, napkins, utensils, others was dirty and a mess. The baconator was alright, but it was cold. I got spicy chicken nuggets and fries for my kids which they didn’t really like. I asked for barbecue sauce and the didn’t give it to me. The workers were nice the food was just alright and the place didn’t look very clean.

The location in itself is good, easy access and parking. But the food made us sick and we tried it twice. If you can, go to another location until they get things together. The staff needs work too, I get it’s a fast food chain restaurant, but I’m spending my money at the set time. Overall most of the Wendy’s have been going downhill!

I recently ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwich meals and was surprised they changed their chicken. It used to be a thick and spicy piece of chicken, but it is now similar to a McChicken. It is thinner than a McChicken, is not spicy, and covered in panko bread crumbs, but yet cost $7 a sandwich ($12 for a meal). The Biggie Deals ($6 meals) are a much better deal considering those sandwiches are bigger. Also, this location is always out of things.
