Came here to celebrate a friend’s birthday. We noticed the service was slow and it took a while to get refills and our order in (ended up sitting in the restaurant for nearly 2 hours) and it also took a while to get our bill. Food was okay - the shrimp was juicy and not over cooked but it did taste like some of it was over salted at times.

This is probably one of the older Red Lobsters in the area. The location is marked by construction along 12 Mile and John R, making it a bit difficult to find and drive around. We came for the weekday special which was the steak and lobster tail for $24.95. The restaurant was a little busy but certainly not crowded. We didn't have to wait to be seated. The waitress was friendly at first but after we ordered, she somehow disappeared. We waited for at least 45 minutes to an hour for the food to come. That was terrible! The lobster tails were very salty and the steak wss hit and miss. It

I have been a of Red Lobster fan for 20+ years, and I feel like this location just misses the mark with quality and service. There were a few women working at the bar, and I didn’t feel like they were very attentive. It seemed like they weren’t always behind the bar, and a couple of the servers walking by the bar were making comments about guests at their tables, which made me uncomfortable. It took a long time to get biscuits (all parties at the bar were waiting for it), almost when my entrée arrived, and they were on the dry side. I took my daughter and she got garlic shrimp scampi and spicy shrimp. She treated me and I got a side ceaser salad, some hush puppies. Their garlic biscuts are the Bomb.com!!
