Tim Hortons needs a lot of work. They take forever. I get that a lot of people come here to get whatever they want but holy moly are they slow. I am waiting for 20 minutes to just get a drink. I am not sure if they don’t have enough staffing or just messing around but pull it together. It is supposed to be fast and go and not like a coffee shop. The staff can sometimes be rude and I only like their mango pineapple refresher but Starbucks does have better refreshers.

Today I was greatly disappointed in the breakfast sandwich and hashbrown I received. The egg on the sandwich was not fresh and tasted old. The hasbrown was hard as a brick, it seem like it was sitting under the warmer for hours. All of it was horrible!!!! This use to be my favorite Tim Horton, not anymore. I WILL NEVER RETURN!!!!

I get here pretty early in the morning and noticed, as far as I can see, they only have one employee working. Every Tim Hortons I have been to has at least 4 people in the morning. How can one person be expected to take all the orders and make all the orders? The drive thru time is crazy most mornings and the employees seem miserable.

Customer service was horrible in the drive through until Brandon came and saved the day he was so nice and deserves to be the manager at that establishment. The lady I encountered was very nasty and probably tired of working and perfecting her feelings on people who spend money. She will be the reason I'll never come back. Please hire Brandon as the manager
