Ordered their $8 JBC 2 piece tender meal, classic Chicken Sandwich meal, and a junior cheeseburger biggie bag. And this is what I received. They had me wait at the window. Telling me that my food was going to be done and fresh, and I was taking it to my wife with my daughter to have lunch in the the salt lake industrial park so I didn't really have time to look in the bag like I should have and I opened up the bag to have lunch with my family and this is what I received very disappointed. Considering I had to wait and tried calling the store, never got picked up on. So I had to leave a review.

I'll come to this location after school events and most times it's amazing. While service can be hit or miss, I know my order will be accurate and made fast when Marcel and Jackie are working, and all the rest of the staff are always polite as well. One time I got the wrong dipping sauce from a worker that seemed over it, but I went back and they gave me the correct sauce and apologized, so all is well. (p.s. Their frosty fusions are REALLY good.)

Apparently every single ones of these is the same size....? They are all mediums.. Idk about you but they definitely look different to me.. They also messed up my chicken sandwich and gave me the wrong size fries. And trying to get their customer service is a joke, it doesn't exist... and calling also does nothing..
