What a great whole in the wall Vietnamese restaurant serving up the freshest, authentic bowls/ plates of food! The summer rolls are my favorite and you also have the option to hand roll them yourself as part of a hands on experience or you can order pre-made ones too. Featuring different noodle, rice and meat dishes all fairly priced for the portion. The pho broth is flavorful not bland and can taste the umami simmered through. We went on a pretty busy day so it took a minute to get seated and get our food orders in. The pho bowls were really big, we got the smallest size and still couldn't finish so it's good bang for your buck. Hand for scale in pic. The coffee is really sweet. Would come back.

I was craving vermicelli noodles and decided to give Saigon NV a try—and it definitely hit the spot. We ordered the rice special plate (fully loaded), which my boyfriend loved—especially the bi cha. I went with the vermicelli bowl with grilled shrimp and pork, and it totally satisfied the craving. I noticed a steady stream of locals coming in, even on a Monday night, which is always a good sign. It feels like a spot that’s been around for a while. Most people were ordering the pho or bún bò Huế, so I’m excited to come back and try those next. Solid first visit!

I ordered the largest size of the "Train Station" pho—the portion was tiny, with only three slices of beef and very few noodles. Yet, they charged an exorbitant price for it. It wasn't worth it at all; I am extremely disappointed.
