⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Our visit to Al Banco was one of the most memorable experiences we've had during our travels in the United States. We came in with a bag of coffee beans but had a broken coffee grinder. The barista kindly offered to grind them for us, but what started as a simple favor turned into an unforgettable morning. We spent hours tasting different coffees, talking about coffee origins, roasting, and brewing techniques. If you want a fundamentally good coffee and don’t want hide what you order behind a layer of syrup, this is your place. If you’ve got time to nerd out about coffee, you’ll love the service. If you want to socialize or work in a modern space, again, this is where you should hangout. I tried some beans that weren’t what I’d normally order and they were fantastic. One of the best experiences I've had. This is the new location of Al Banco. It makes for a great study/work spot, plenty of room and good vibes. The owner took the time to chat with me about the coffee. He told me about the unique beans he finds, and the methods/flavors that they try to extract. They also sell locally roasted beans from his friend. One of the best coffees I've ever had and by far the most unique. May be one of the best coffee shop experiences I've ever had. Can't recommend enough.
