I had the good fortune to walk into Da Capo on Madison Avenue near Mount Sinai where I had a delicious lunch and a great latte. I actually met the entire family of owners who are understandably very proud of their cafe, since it’s really a fabulous cafe.Alex and Aris who are brothers do a wonderful job managing their restaurant. They also have another location across from the Javits Center. In addition to having wonderful coffee and teas as well as sandwiches and desserts, they occasionally have musicians perform in their dining room!

Stopped by this coffee shop for a weekend walk around the park. From 86th to 96th, there is a small option for coffee shops especially near Madison ave. Im glad this coffee shop opens! Staffs were very nice, I got two Iced Americanos and water bottles for kids. The space looks small, but they have tables in the back. I would come back for next time.

My god! The chocolate temptation and pistachio cakes are to LIVE for - they made me totally forget about my work stress and take a moment to indulge in a sweet moment, literally gave me new life. Service is warm and friendly, quick, and the pasta is delicious! Glad I found this charming little restaurant near Mount Sinai hospital, so I know where I can get a delicious meal to help me through labor and delivery. 😝
