I usually visit Crispy Green regularly and have always had a great experience, which is why today’s visit stood out so much. I visited on June 20, 2026, around 10:45 a.m. There were no other customers in the store, yet it took a while to be acknowledged and helped. The employees seemed unfriendly and appeared to be staring at me in a way that felt uncomfortable. Throughout the interaction, there were no smiles, no welcoming attitude, and the overall atmosphere felt very cold. Stopped in to this place and had a wonderful experience, the service was great. Everyone was friendly and helpful especially since it was my first time. They were very willing to explain the different options and not only worried about a tip. The employees worked well together and really care about the customer service. The general manager shows she knows how to lead and seems to understand how do to her job the best she can. Everyone was extremely respectful and helpful. I will definitely be coming back and bringing all my friends! I recommend you do the same.

I went for the first time this past week and loved my wrap so much I went back again today but this time I sadly didn’t have the same experience. The employee didn’t seem to know what he was doing so I should have said something while I was there, but I ordered a Cesar wrap and he forgot the croutons, put the wrong dressing, barley put any cheese and also didn’t divide the wrap at the end. Super disappointed as I was hoping for it to taste like the first time and get the same experience
