Stopped in yesterday, there was some sort of mixup with my curbside order. So I went inside to pick it up myself after waiting 10 min or so (in the car), they apologized and then remade my order (I didn’t want it remade; just coming in to pick it up) bc they wanted it to be fresh, then the manager came and refunded my order! I didn’t expect that at all, then they upgraded my drink and fries! Wow, talk about amazing customer service and making it right! Phenomenal staff, so nice!!!

This is the second time this week that i've had a problem inside this Mcdonald's. I'm not the type of person to complain, but these last couple of times have just been outrageous. I ordered a kid's cheeseburger with a coke, and I ended up getting a hamburger and a diet coke. It also felt like today.They were very loud in the back where I could hear them standing up front, and I could hear every word of their conversation. I also find it really unprofessional.When it's the manager is talking to the employees saying, oh, you're illegal because you haven't had your break yet. Like maybe word it b

Good was great. Atmosphere was nice. A young woman named Krystin helped me with getting a refill of soda. She was very nice and I told her she had excellent customer service! Much nicer than the usually sullen young people who work here.

On 4/3/25 @ 1:35pm. I went to this restaurant to pickup my mobile order. Even though I had a mobile order, I sat at the speaker for 5 minutes and the guy kept repeating "I'll be with you in a second" while I quietly waited for him to take my pickup number while I watched 4 cars pass me in the other lane. Then when I get my food, there was spit in my burger and the burger receipt was stuck in between the cheese and bun. This doesn't happen by accident. This place is disgusting.
