2-7-25: Another friday night stop in for some tacos, enchiladas, empanadas, and margaritas. Busy, but again, no wait with quick service and excellent food. One of the coziest spots for mexican food and drinks. Friday night adventures led us to this warm, welcoming, and cozy mexican restaurant. Even coming in later in the evening, around 8pm, the staff was friendly and allowed us the time to make up our indecisive minds for dinner. Salsa and chips upon sitting down. The staff is very friendly and we did have great service. I was disappointed with my meal. I ordered chicken fajitas, and they weren't sizzling at all. They were room temperature and swimming in some sort of liuid/juice. Definitely wasn't what I was expecting. My wife had a taco salad, and it was "ok".. I will give credit where due..the salsa was spicy and amazing and the margaritas were banging.

Lovely Mexican restaurant. The atmosphere is both kid friendly and yet perfect for date night. Facilities are clean and well kept. The food is absolutely delicious. We do a bit of "family style" so everyone gets to try what the other got. Coyote Flaco is definitely a local favorite, as well as, our families.
