Military discount friendly. I didn't even ask for a discount, but I was given it because I was dressed in my military gear. I went to go get my free custard scoop and the young lady asked for the code. I showed her the survey code and she said I needed my original receipt and read out the instructions on the code screen. Like I am a child or something. Then my wife showed her a scrap we got from the meal bag and she said those don’t work either and need 10 of them. I spent like 15 minutes taking that stupid survey and gave them a great survey. She didn’t even think to maybe make an exception that a customer did the survey for you guys. Food is always good. Today I didn't want to wait on the drive- thru so I went in and I was very disappointed with the customer service by the man, heavy set glasses and some facial hair was very condescending while taking the order. He was passive aggressive towards his coworkers sad thing!
