The food was actually hot, fresh and perfectly presented. The diner is very clean and presentable. The service was very friendly, but this location seems to be very understaffed. This was my first time at this location, and the front registers weren't working, and everything had to be ordered through the drive thru registers. I will say, the staff did an amazing job working through the issues, and serving the customers as quickly as possible. I'm not sure if it's always like this, but I'd suggest going when it's not peak hours.

I placed an order for two three piece chicken meals and received two two piece chicken meals with old and biscuits and watered down lemonade. When calling the store the young lady say I didn’t make your order but to bring it in so they can fix it. I don’t trust them fixing the order.

100 percent positive experience, repeat customer here. Today I was planning on ordering my usual chicken pot pie but noticed the $7 meal with a chicken sandwich, nuggets, fries and a drink. Got everything I ordered, no problems. Shoutout to the cashier (sorry I didn't get your name) but he was very helpful and made sure the order was right

Despite all the other reviews, I was impressed the the food and service during my visit. The service staff were friendly and let me know that one side option wasn't available. The chicken was fresh, hot, and juicy. The sides were also fresh. Everything was ready to go in just a few minutes. Thanks!
