Based on the wonderful reviews I read and my excitement for visiting Spring on our 37th wedding anniversary, my husband & I must have had the "once in a while" disappointing customer experience plagued by all fine restaurants. Our waitress was polite; however, did not offer an explanations for any of the unique menu options. If we wanted to learn more about a particular item on the menu we had to ask. Secondly, we both ordered the grouper main course. The fish was excellent until two of my bites had that "fishy" taste. Celebrating our anniversary we were anticipating dessert. The choices
