I really like the convenience of this Wendy’s location. However, during my second visit, we waited a good 5–10 minutes before being told they were no longer serving customers inside and were closing the dining area early. I understand being busy, but there appeared to be a full staff struggling to keep up with orders. My husband and I came around 9 PM, and the location was listed as open until 2 AM. The drive-thru was extremely busy, and we weren’t sure if online orders were even being accepted. I also didn’t appreciate having to drive farther to another location, though they did kindly let u

Would give negative if that was an option. Had the worst fast food service experience ever. I get it it's Wendy's but I don't appreciate the aggressive, rude and condescending tone even if it's Wendy's and fast food. Try to be kind to your customers if they don't know your menu. Don't yell at them for making a genuine ordering mistake. Also, the fries and chicken nuggets were not even warm.

We stopped by this Wendy's location after a family event for a quick late-night snack and were so glad we did. The location was incredibly convenient. Our food came out quick and the staff were super friendly. The Frosty, as always, was delicious. Recommend this place for a late-night bite.
