lol I feel like I just got pranked or something… I asked for extra pickle and light sauce. The fact it looks like there was originally more pickle on it too is what makes me wonder. The staff here legit need to learn to read better

I am absolutely disgusted with the lack of kindess from an employee here. I arrived at 10:54PM to order one singular food item for my mom who had not eaten all day and just wanted a famous bowl after going to a funeral. I was met with the upmost disgusting attitude I have ever witnessed from someone at their place of work. Immediately after I asked if I could kindly have one moment before ordering, I was met with a “No you can’t, your time is up.” In the most disgusting tone from a male employee. We were the only ones in line, and they missed half of our order. When we went back to tell them, they had an attitude and tried to argue that they had everything when they clearly didn't. They finally gave us more of the order but were still missing things, so we had to go back *again* to get everything. This KFC is notoriously bad about including everything in the bag, I'm glad we checked before driving home. I was hoping it got better since the last time I came here a year ago, but nope. Arguably worse.

Ordered two chicken breast meals and they put thighs instead of breasts!! We do not like the dark meat. When trying to call they never answer the phone! Definitely check your order before you leave. :-(
