I went to Ingles today to pick up a few items. This store was very spacious, very clean and the shelves were well stocked! Let me just say that this store is immaculate and you can tell that the staff takes pride in keeping it that way. The aisles were very organized and it was very easy to find the items that I needed on each aisle and throughout the store. It has a large selection of cards, a floral station and a little cafe. Additionally, there were plenty of parking spaces and the parking lot was very clean!

I've been here twice, the first time I found when I got home the product I purchased was already expired. The second time I bought hot dog buns and when I got home I found they were moldy. I went back to the store because their phone number goes to a fax machine. They allowed me to switch them for ones that weren't moldy but there was zero apology, didn't matter the gas I spent driving back & forth. I'll never return.

I have registered my phone number with Ingles by filling out the registration card on three separate occasions, the last time was eight months ago. Every time I enter my phone number into the system they say my phone number still isn’t registered. I don’t like to carry a physical card. Sometimes the cashier will help you and sometimes they won’t. Tonight the cashier said he couldn’t help me so I had to borrow another customer’s Card to be able to get the sales Price. This is why I haven’t been back in 7 months. I filled out one of their cards on three separate occasions yet my phone number is
