This bakery has a decent selection of baked goods. The service was good and the cookies were okay. The smaller cookies were a bit more crumbly than the larger ones. I wouldn't necessarily recommend Riverside if you're looking for a good doughy cookie option. The bakery is a bit pricy.

They make exactly the sugar cookie I want when I have a taste for a sugar cookie, buttery, melt-in-your-mouth, with crisp icing, and vanilla flavor…just the best. The doughnuts are so fresh and flavorful. Nicest staff and the prices are excellent! You can walk in with a few dollars and leave with happy childhood memories.

I ordered 3 of the chocolate custard donuts. I have been ordering them for over 30 years. Previously, I have never been able to eat all of the Bavarian cream filling. Yesterday I ordered 3 of them and none of them had enough cream. It took three bites to get to the cream.
