Went back to BK after years away because of the CEO advertising better food and service. No one acknowledged me, i went and entered my order at the kiosk(new), it came fairly quickly. The fries have improved in flavor but the order i received was mostly broken small pieces.. like the leftover in the trough. The new bacon bourbon burger had decent flavor but it was just thrown together.... in a box now so better than paper wrapping. All in all, I'm not going to rush back there when my visit is not appreciated and face to face is limited. I will say the restaurant was very clean.

$5.29 for one of the Smallest burgers I’ve ever seen supposed to be the steakhouse burger. That was sandwich only no fries or drink and it’s nasty.

Burger King is trying to implement new options to the menu but it doesn't matter when the night crew is lazy. I made a mobile order before 11:30 pm Yet they gave me cold fries and warm dried up and hard onion rings. Yet people whine that minimum wage should be higher. I wasted $12.82 at this location. If you're on the clock and a customer is paying for the food, the customer should not be served stale food. I guess all the consentration was put into microwaving the Pepper Corn BLT Whopper 👎🏾 Go ahead and shut this location BACK down and let the workers find jobs that don't deal with f
