March 18 at 1140AM: There is one male employee who is actually working. One female employee spent 15 minutes chatting with a friend outside, not working. The male employee was running around doing everything, keeping the shop running. Not sure why the female is employed at all if she does no actual work.

There’s been many occasions coming early in the morning & no one comes to take my order. I’m talking 530-6 sitting at the machine 5 mins go by 6 mins ago by at this point I be ready to throw a dang cup at the window. Get it together this Dunkin is on a busy road just waiting people’s time .

If I could give this DD less than 1 star i would. I went through the drive thru and ordered my little one her favorite donut and hash browns. This is what they gave me. The hash browns were so overcooked, hard, and felt like they have been sitting there for a few days. I tried feeding one to a couple of Squirrels, but even they wouldn't eat it. I will not be returning back to this DD ever again. Every time I come here nothing is right. I hate to see how yall cook your food at home if you feel okay feeding this to the public. Definitely not the Dunkin standards I'm used too.
