Went here 2 days in a row. First day I ordered a tuna sub and it was plentiful. Second day I ordered a Ham sub and it was extremely thin on both meat and cheese. They slice so thin and only put a single row on the roll. The cheese was the same way and you could see through it. The try to scrunch the meat up so it looks like it is more than it. really is. All I could taste is the roll. For a premium sub they dropped the ball on this location. I put a complaint in but the owner must not care as he didn't call me back.

I stopped frequenting this location for lunch several months ago due to an unpleasant interaction with one of their employees and inconsistent order accuracy. Today I was in the area and short on time so I placed an order for pickup from this location and once again I’m reminded how poorly managed it is. I order my sandwich without cheese due to dietary restrictions. I got to my destination with the sub I just picked up and it’s covered in cheese. I walked in with my boyfriend and of the first sandwich one guy was just short and not friendly. The other tall gentleman was a lot more helpful and respectful, I knew I was overreacting for the rude employee when even the female worker was its red hair kept looking at him .
