On 12-27/2025 The young lady who was helping me around 9:10 pm gave good customer service. there was an Customer that came into the store and bought some already packed ice cream and was upset because she felt like that. It had been frozen and refrozen the sales lady tried to explain that she put them out there and it wasn’t. She threw her receipt on the counter and ice cream and demanded for our money back. I will never spend money here again. Does this cake represent the quality of your establishment? While inside the store, I opened the cake box and was immediately displeased. I told them that the handwriting was messy and asked who made the cake. The employee stated that the manager made the cake. The handwriting writing looks as if a second grader scribbled it. This location is racist towards black people! I was in line waiting patiently after a couple, then I was next, a white man comes in and the lady takes his order, I mentioned to her I was next, she looks at me and said “I know” really rude. So I’m looking like Wow! Do not spend your money here. Go where customer service is top priority rather what color you are!!
