Looking at this I don't expect any kind of reply or even this being read. The place is a mess. At 6pm they have NO tea, plain or sweet. There is a ten minute wait for my very lame burgers. These are supposed to be bacon cheese burgers. The bacon is burnt crumbs like rocks.

I had just gotten off work and that was the closest place to work. So when I got there, I gave them my card and then she said that the card machine she had to restart it and she started, I get my card and it took everything off my card so that was 20 extra dollars that they got from me that I wasn't able to get back so I was very disappointed and I would recommend that nobody goes Uber there, especially if you're going to pay back card.

I'm in Krystal heaven. My husband's chili cheese fries were so good. The food was hot and fresh. We did not have to wait long. I recommend this location.

I placed a mobile pickup order that was to be ready at 10pm. I arrived at 9:58pm on the drive thru and was immediately told to pull around to the front door. I ended up leaving at 10:43pm as I never received my order and watched 19 cars enter and leave drive thru with their orders. This was not only poor customer service, but unacceptable to be standing outside for over 30 minutes. I don't expect anything to come from this, as I'm told it's the norm...Have to do better!
