Starting with the service, it was absolutely horrible from Willie himself. The wait/kitchen staff tried to accommodate the walk in of 40 plus. The best thing was the catfish. The spaghetti was palatable at best. It tasted like spaghetti-o. They were out of a lot of menu items at 1pm on a Saturday afternoon. We were overcharged for the items we did get with no real set price for the menu item. Waited 1 hr fornpoor service

This restaurant is a gem & huge piece of history. During our agriculture conference with limited breakfast Mr. Willie was opened to this large party of students and myself. The breakfast was cooked to order and very hot, would definitely return & explore the other menu options.

First off the place is filthy. Food trays feel like old grease been on them for years. place was not busy , tables were dirty. customer service not great from older man younger man was nice. Upon entrance the older gentleman was not very pleasant stated he was greeting us but we were just standing there not speaking when we did speak when we entered. Maybe he did not hear us. Anyhoo Order chitterlings w/greens and dressing. Chitterlings smelled bad and did not look or taste clean. Could not eat them at all. Greens did not taste like fresh greens more like canned . Service was friendly, but extremely slow. Ordered breakfast and waited over 40 minutes when there was only one other couple ahead of us. I think there was only one cook. It was also a bit pricey for what we got. Food was good, my kids really enjoyed it, but it was nothing to write home about. 2 identical plates of bacon with pancakes, grits, and scrambled eggs and 1 plate of bacon, chicken tenders, eggs and hash browns with 5 drinks…$67 + tip.
