Not much English speaking here. Picked up the sealed to go order I placed in the store. Figured I would trust them and drive home without ripping the tape off to check but that was a mistake. Missing items and was also not what I ordered. Not to mention I was ordering a breakfast sandwich with eggs and every sandwich that was handed to me had no eggs and random ingredients as it the person was truly guessing. Brought it back, they remade again into....not what I ordered...and again ..no eggs 😂 .They couldn't give me a refund so they started adding random items to a order to get it "close" to

I did on line drive through pick up. Never do this! The pastry was delicious, the coffee was only so-so. I did my order online, but they don't have any process we're picking this up rather than just getting in the regular drive-thru line. That line goes very slowly. There were about four cars in front of me and it took me more than half an hour to get to the window to get my food. I've put off this review hoping that I'd be a little less angry and I am less angry, but I'm still frustrated and now also sick. Friday afternoon I placed an online order for drive thru pickup. I ordered one of the new salad stuffers with chips and a drink. I work close by so the drive thru pickup should be convenient for my 30 minute lunch. But no. I spent my entire break waiting in that drive thru. (And it's one of those ones that once you're in it you can't really get out without your vehicle needing an alignment.) I was late back to work. Outstanding! We love it each and every time! This chain location seems to be one of the very best! Friendly efficient employees, clean facility inside and out, food orders are always correct and perfect temperature and taste! Impressive! We have our favorite chain restaurants in the unregistered area, but, this site always brings us in for a quiet relaxing preyed meal and atmosphere! Great job!
