Very hit or miss with this location. Last time I was coming home from a long day and they made my bowl incorrectly which is very frustrating because I live 20 mins away from this location and was on the way back home. So I spent almost another hour getting a smoothie bowl. Today I ordered from here and they were running low on the acai base. So I wasn’t given a full serving. I don’t think it’s fair to pay full price for an item if you aren’t getting the full serving. $12+ for a smoothie bowl and don’t even get a full bowl with a SMALL amount of topping. Had to even ask for extra hazelnut drizz

I came in having a very bad day and the workers at that time were Yoselin, Delilah, Serina, and Azaria. They had very good energy and made my drink perfect and amazing! They made my whole week a lot better! 5 stars!

Waited for over 20 mins for a smoothie and an avocado toast. Unfortunately it was burnt and I asked for a refund. Other orders after me were called before me. The team who was serving were so slow in moving to make sure orders were coming out in a timely manner. When a young man who worked asked who I suppose is either the lead or possible supervisor a question she purposely humiliated him in front of the customers. It was sad and very unprofessional. My smoothie was awful and I wasted my lunch there and couldn’t even eat. Never really had a crazy bad experience there before but I hope they do

First time at smoothie king & the two girls in front, Delilah & Yosilin were great! They were helpful on recommending smoothies and even made accommodations for my 6 year old who is very picky. We Ordered 5 smoothies and all were made quickly on the spot & tasted so fresh!
