we love I Hop but this i cant let this pass because they are not allowed to take money that is not there’s my family and i when to I Hop on wednesday february the 18 -26 it was 7 pm i ask for T-bone extraño well done they brought it to me with blood. I didn’t wanna send it back because I’ve been seeing a lot of videos of people putting stuff in your food so I had to eat it like that and I was OK with that but today I was looking at my bank statements and I noticed that they took more money out of my account. Our server was really great and attentive even when it was super busy! We got sat down quickly and got our food pretty fast. Overall the food and service was really great. Would come back again.

The manager of this place needs to stop sitting on his hands and do his job. They don't have meat for the omelets, and we had to share a bottle of Cholula with other people because they can't keep the restaurant stocked. Are you serious?
