I have been to this location many times. The staff and manager have always been personable, professional, and helpful. The atmosphere is always very comfortable. I have utilized this location for meetings and just enjoying a cup of coffee. The manager "Nikki" runs a very tight operation and truly focuses on the needs of the customers. Keep doing a great job everyone.

Do not visit this location. The management needs to change. It’s insane how much and how often they always leave space in my drinks. They’re so stingy with product even though I pay full price. I used to go to 80/beltline which also a terrible location and had same issues and i began going to this one because I thought they would be better but they are worse. Employees always roll their eyes when you ask for anything additional or to even fix the drink I’m paying for. Most of time it taste like burnt coffee anyway, not sure if they’re lacking training on lattes. Employees in drive through are

I will never go back to this place as long as the people in the morning work there. I get there I place my order just keep in mind I am ordering for my clinic and they tell me I can’t pay for my stuff with a hundred dollar bill, I asked the lady well can you just take the money and she said no let me ask and then here comes another lady and says she is the manager and she flat out told me sorry I am NOT going to the safe to get money out. I said well ma’am what am I supposed to do and she said leave and come back later. She rolled her eyes and walked off. Like so rude of these people. I just w

01/08/2026: I’ve been to this Starbucks location a couple of times because it is close by my house. This morning the staff was very friendly when I walked in to pick up my app order.
