I really love this coffee shop in Brickell! It’s such a cozy and welcoming place — the perfect spot to grab a coffee, relax, or get some work done. I read all the reviews and was expecting a lot. But to be honest this coffee shop is nothing special. Sorry to say that, but Matcha latte wasn't mixed properly, felt the powder, and waiting was quite long. Not bad, but not the best.

I’ve been coming to I Think She Is since they first opened in 2019 or 2020, and over the years I’ve seen a lot of changes. There have definitely been ups and downs, and plenty of great baristas who have come and gone. Through it all, the service has always been a pleasure. More recently, though, Melanie has completely changed the game. Every time I come in, she greets me with genuine kindness, a warm smile, and a positive attitude. In a city where good customer service can be hard to come by, that really stands out. On top of that, she has been making some absolutely incredible lattes lately

The coffee is excellent here. The barista knows how to pull espresso. The americano and colada were exceptional. The filter coffee tastes better than pourover at other places. They use Great Circle Roasters coffee here, we came just to try the beans. Excellent at coffee. The pastries were good, but not as good as the coffee.
