We had our first taste of in n out in San Jose and immediately fell in love with it! So when we were in San Francisco, we knew we had to find one. Thankfully there was one relatively near the hotel. If you’re travelling to the US, in n out burger is one of the best value meals that you could ever have! Furthermore, the food is actually really good. My top 3 cheeseburgers in the world. Unbelievable that we had a group of 25 and then there was a group of 52 immediately behind us that they were able to get the orders out without a hitch. This is apart from the fact that the burgers are great. Friendly service and good food when looking for something quick after landing at SFO.

I usually love In-N-Out but this location was not good. The quality of food was not in line with what I've come to expect. Fries tasted like reconstituted potatoes pulp akin to potato sticks you get in a bag. Burger bun was stale. Burger itself was flavorless and mushy. Fountain soda mixture was also off as coke was overly syrupy. Sad start to our weekend in Cali.
