I always order the harvest medley salad and every time there is some of the components missing. There is no standard preparation and quantity. Also, they place the dressing inside the salad bowl which is unsanitary and takes space in the bowl. The picture below is of what supposed to be full bowl salad. I no longer order online cause I dont trust them, and still with pickup from store I always end up finding missing items.

I visited during my work hours, which is only 3 minutes away, specifically seeking a healthy meal. I ordered a half salad and a mango smoothie, expecting a quick turnaround given the simplicity of the items. However, I found myself waiting in line for approximately 15 to 20 minutes to receive my order. To my disappointment, when I finally received my order, it was incorrect. Panera does an extremely good job of maintaining quality at all locations. I can't count how many locations I have eaten in throughout the Eastern half of the country. I can say, every time I enter a store, they are very, very similar to the other stores I've visited. I look for Panera in many markets because I can count on a great meal, at a fair price, a fabulous cup of coffee (especially the hazelnut), a perfectly brewed glass of iced tea, and a safe, clean dining room or outdoor patio.
