The pizza is so unique and absolutely incredible! Perfectly cooked as well with crispy crust and soft top layer. Empanadas are full of flavor and good size for the price. The Caesar does have an interesting spicy kick which was a pleasant surprise. Will absolutely visit again next time that I am in MN!!

Had a wonderful experience at Boludo the other day. My daughter is celiac and was very excited to try this place when visiting the area for a concert. Everything we ate was delicious! We tried two different pizzas and 2 different empanadas. There was a new employee being trained that was unaware how to make the gluten free food, so the owner stepped in and remade the food safely. We were given a free flan for the extra wait, and oh my goodness, was that delicious! Even the non-celiacs in the group loved everything! We will definitely be visiting again if back in the area!

The espinaca/ spinach empanadas were deliciously creamy and savory. The accompanying sauce is also quite nice. & the churro donuts with the dulce de leche were so nice and chewy. Will absolutely return to get both again and try some others!

Always delicious 🤤 Our usual consists of the Pepperoni Pizza paired with Mexican Cokes, and a few Messi Empanadas! It’s like our family rule, if we’re going to Boludo we’re getting all of the things!! I was late on the pics - there was no time to waste! 😆 Get all the things, you won’t be disappointed.
