I really wish we had options to give negative star scores. Our order was placed online for pickup. At 10:30 pm. You receive notification it's ready. When you arrive 3 staff members present. Not 1 of them greet you. You wait for about 30 minutes. With not 1 of them even acknowledging your presence. Finally, the young lady making the food. Came to the front and asked was I there for a carry out order. And hands me the food that was sitting there prepared the entire time. I have absolutely no doubt this solidified me never patronizing this establishment again.

Ordered online. Showed food will be ready in 15-20 min. Showed up and waited in the lobby. Was not greeted until I asked why my order has not been started. Online showed the person making my order was named Karsen. She wouldn’t tell me her name. I waited patiently in the lobby for 40 min before asking about when the food will start to be prepped. The only response was, I have to make them in order and it’ll be a while. No estimate on time, no apology. She was the only person in the store at the time and the phone rang so many times to never be answered. This is horrible scheduling to only have

My last order included four cups of the mango habanero, and they were nowhere to be found. I ordered again today paying for the same amount of the same sauce and I get four cups of the sweet icing. I call the delivery driver and they ask if I want them to come back with the sauces. First of all, yes, I would like the sauces I paid for. Secondly, I’m staying up even later than I anticipated waiting for something that shouldn’t even happen constantly.

They always remember my sauces and give a little extra sometimes! The last time I ordered, the pizza came a little late (understandably, it was Friday or Saturday I think) and the app automatically sent me a coupon for a free pizza to make up for it. The pre-packaged salads keep things consistent.
