As always, Sightglass coffee doesn’t disappoint. This was an easy 7.8/10. And what I loved about this place was the ambience, the interior design. The lighting that made the interior feel almost ethereal. Unfortunately the tables (a little less than the place can accommodate I think) were all booked out and I couldn’t enjoy my coffee sitting down but I’ll definitely go back and try again. The service and staff were amazing. And the neighbourhood itself is so slow and clean. Loved it.

Local coffee shop just on the periphery of the Mission District with unique flavored/crafted pastries. Several pictured options include the curry puff pastry (minimal filling, slightly disappointing), taro snickerdoodle and croissant (the latter being the best of the desserts there with plenty of filling and a cookie baked on top), pistachio croissant (equally as flavorful as the taro) and the ham/cheese croissant with Dijon mustard. My favorite coffee in the city! I make my own drinks at home and have almost exclusively used the owl’s howl espresso beans i buy from this location and treat myself to a drink when i pick up a new bag. Great coffee, great pastries, and a cozy industrial vibe that’s great for catching up with a friend or some solo work. No WIFI so be prepared to use a hotspot if you have some work to do. Can get quite warm so dress in layers! (Peanut butter miso cookie is a must try)
