Confusing drive-thru experience from start to finish. I ordered the regular Cravings Box, but there was confusion with the app-only Build Your Own box and I was initially told to leave the drive-thru, park, order through the app, and come back through the line. Eventually the order was corrected, but I also didn’t receive the sauce packets listed on the order sticker and was not given a receipt. Not the end of the world, but when fast food is already expensive enough to feel like an occasional treat, a smoother experience and basic order accuracy matter more than they used to.

The staff here seemed very happy and friendly. Very unusual. I had the chicken chipotle grilled Ranch burrito. It was different than others I've had. It had a little bit of lettuce and tomato in it which really made it better. Nice wood benches. And the restrooms were clean. With such an atmosphere of friendliness I asked to take a picture

Seriously WORST taco bell in Modesto. All I asked is that they did not fry my chalupa tortilla. She said they can not do that. Then when I got to window I asked again. She called her manager who refused because that makes it a "gordita" and they can not make gordita's. Never has any other taco bell ever refused this request. I didnt want to make thing difficult; i just wanted something I could eat>The oil is so intense in this type of tortilla it upsets my stomach. I just asked they not fry it.. that is all.. why was that not a request that could have easily been done? Do better Tully Taco Bel

The prices at this location seem really high. I realize prices have gone up everywhere but for some reason I feel like this location is charging more than other locations. I could be wrong on this, but $1 for extra sauce is just crazy. And half the time I don't even get it. Very frustrating.
